As the questionnaire asks for suggested topics for future meetings, I have attached a list of
topics covered in our last ten years,
topics covered in the Kaleidoscope conference and
topics suggested in response to previous questionnaires
as well as the questionnaire itself.
Please complete the questionnaire, whether you were at the workshop or not. Please also feel free to add topics not covered in the lists.
Completed questionnaires should be returned to me, either by post or email.
